Highfield Farm is set within 300 acres of working arable land, located off the southbound carriageway of the A1, just north of Sandy in Bedfordshire, close to the Kingfisher Way walking route along the River Ivel. Providing 4 self-catering holiday cottages which are all accessible for guests with disabilities and the elderly, this accommodation is suitable for couples, families and groups. There is also on-site B & B.

Cottages are all on one level, sensitively converted from a former farm barn. Walnut sleeps 2; Ash and Chestnut both sleep 4; whereas Acorn can accommodate 8 people. Guests will find an open plan living area with seating, a TV, equipped kitchen and dining table. There is a private outside seating area and car parking. In addition, The Studio is a ground floor self-contained basic apartment for 2 people attached to the main farmhouse. Wifi and central heating is included.
