The Barn at Knapp Farmhouse

The Barn at Knapp Farmhouse is a sensitively-converted former cow barn offering self-catering holiday accommodation for 2 guests in the village of Powerstock, 4 miles outside Bridport. This charming 2-storey property is set within the grounds of a pretty thatched farmhouse, considered one of the oldest cottages in the village.

There is a spacious upstairs bedroom with twin beds that can also be arranged as a king size bed. The separate lounge area offers seating, a TV and a DVD player. Downstairs, there is an open plan living area with sofa, dining table and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has a bath with shower spray and there is a separate WC.

Travel cots and use of a washing machine can be arranged. Outside, there is a private garden with outdoor seating and a car parking area. Powerstock lies in a designated Conservation Area within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), close to the World Heritage Dorset Jurassic Coast in the midst of ‘Hardy Country’.
