The Studio

The Studio is a Visit Wales 4-Star self-catering home made from Welsh slate sleeping 2 guests and located in Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, near Betws-y-Coed. The oldest part of the main Pengwern Country House, the accommodation was once used as an artists’ studio during the Victorian era.

Overlooking the Lledr Valley, The Studio provides a living room with sofa, a TV, wood burning stove in the slate fireplace, table and a double bed in the gallery with en suite shower room. The separate kitchen is well-equipped, including a washing machine. Wifi and central heating are available throughout.

The outside of the property is accessed from the stable door in the kitchen. Visitors will find a patio area with seating, plus private parking. Bed and breakfast accommodation is provided in the main house if preferred. Betws-y-Coed is a busy village offering pubs, restaurants and shopping facilities.
