Puttocks Farm Cottages

Puttocks Farm Cottages are on a working arable farm in beautiful rural Essex. Comprising apartments and a shepherd’s hut for self-catering holiday accommodation, the farm is near the town of Great Dunmow and close to Chelmsford, Braintree and London Stansted, providing a superb base from which to access the surrounding area.

Sleeping 2, the apartments are all in a converted barn and feature a double bedroom with en suite shower room, plus a living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, Wifi, dining table and kitchenette. There is also a traditional shepherd’s hut dating from the 1900s, carefully restored and centrally heated, including en suite facilities, Wifi and TV.

Car parking is available and there is a separate laundry room. The farm also offers 4-Star B & B rooms. Guests can take a walk along country lanes, keeping an eye out for the deer that regularly pass through the farm. The Flitch Way Cycle Route can be joined from the town and there are many other local attractions and activities to enjoy.
