Please note that this is not a luxury holiday rental, it is a home made available to guests whilst the owner works away. The apartment is suitable for 1 or 2 guests, with workspace and free Wifi.

The property has a good-sized interior featuring attractive décor and furnishings, with a private balcony overlooking woodland providing a pleasant space with outdoors furniture. The clean and contemporary living area has comfy seating and a TV, with a well-equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dining table.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms; however, one is locked and not available for guests to access or use. A further bedroom is provided, along with the rest of the apartment which is for guests’ sole use during their stay. The bedroom has a zip link bed and can be configured as either a king size or as 2 single beds as required.

An important port city, Plymouth is full of attractions, such as an Art Deco lido, gin distillery, museums, aquarium, top-class theatre and a host of shops and places to eat / drink. The historical Barbican district and Plymouth Hoe offer cafés and quirky shops, with a grassy headland offering beautiful views of a boat-dotted bay.
