Carrick House is a granite semi-detached cottage in the centre of the Highland town of Kingussie. Sleeping up to 5 people, this holiday home is also dog-friendly. Only a stone’s throw from the shops and amenities along the High Street, this is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and Cairngorms National Park.

The sitting room offers sofas, an open fire and TV, with extra seating found in the conservatory. There is a kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a dining room. Guests will find an office area at the top of the stairs and 3 bedrooms including a double, twin and a single room, plus there is a bathroom.

The lawned garden is enclosed. There is also free parking along the street at the front. Within a short walk are the town amenities. The Highland Wildlife Park is nearby and the Highland Folk Museum is in Newtonmore. Kingussie is at the centre of a network of waymarked footpaths, including an ascent trail to Creag Bheag.
