Balquharn Holiday Cottages

At the foot of the Ochil Hills, Balquharn Holiday Cottages are located on the A91, between Menstrie and Alva, in Clackmannanshire. These 2 properties; Holly Cottage and Rowan Cottage, are found on a working farm surrounded by breathtaking scenery; providing a perfect getaway for holidays, walking, cycling and climbing.

Holly Cottage sleeps 5 in a downstairs double bedroom and upstairs triple room, whereas Rowan Cottage sleeps 4 in a downstairs double and an upstairs twin room. Furnished to a high standard, there is a large open plan living area with sofas, TV, dining table and equipped kitchen. The cottages also have a modern bathroom.

There is ample parking available. Please note that there is a minimum 2-night’s booking. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Alva Glen Country Park, with its stunning waterfalls, is within walking distance from the cottages and there are many historical places of interest, including Stirling Castle and Dunblane Cathedral, within easy reach.
