In a great location, the house is found on a quiet cul-de-sac, just 10 minutes’ walk from the attractions and amenities of the city centre. The 5 bedrooms are furnished to a high standard in an individual style. There are single, twin and double rooms; 4 with en suite facilities and one with a private bathroom. All bedrooms include free Wifi, a TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Large groups and families are welcome, although please note that children under 5 years are not accepted.

A tasty Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room in the morning to help start the day. Early breakfasts may be available by arrangement with the owners.
