Prospect Farm Holiday Cottages

Prospect Farm Holiday Cottages are a collection of 5 well-equipped holiday homes on the outskirts of the village of Waltham. There is an on-site fishing lake and surrounding views across open fields. This accommodation is approximately 6 miles from the Lincolnshire coastline, in a quiet and scenic location for a self-catering retreat.

There are 3 courtyard cottages available. Honeysuckle sleeps 4 guests in a double and a twin bedroom; Wisteria Cottage is for 4 people with a downstairs double bedroom and upstairs twin room; and Clematis Cottage is all on ground floor level and suitable for wheelchair users, with a double bedroom, single room and roll-in wet room.

There are also 2 studios, on either the ground floor or first floor, each sleeping 2 in a double en suite bedroom. All have Wifi, TV, a living room and kitchen. Waltham has independent shops, pubs, restaurants and a working windmill with 6 sails. The farm is a short drive from Cleethorpes and Grimsby, as well as the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.
