Dornafield Camping & Caravan Park

Dornafield Camping and Caravan Park is an award-winning campsite situated near Two Mile Oak, 3 miles from the Devon market town of Newton Abbot. Prestigiously AA 5-Pennant rated, this site is also a winner of the AA Campsite of the Year, with a Loo of the Year Platinum Award and a David Bellamy Conservation Award.

In the grounds of a 14th century farmhouse, this site is affiliated to the Caravan and Motorhome Club, but non-members are welcome. There are 3 separate areas within the 30-acres. The Orchard is a grass field ideal for tents. Buttermeadow and Blackrock Copse have part grass / hardstanding pitches for caravans and motorhomes.

Orchard and Buttermeadow share a modern and spacious amenities block and Blackrock Copse has a state-of-the-art heated toilet and shower block with underfloor heating and climate control. Both have disabled and baby changing facilities. There is also an on-site laundry room, children’s play area, games room and dog walking area.

The licensed shop provides a full selection of groceries including fresh bread, local free range eggs and organic milk, plus caravan accessories and gas. There are no residential or letting caravans on-site and no clubhouse or bar, but plenty of inns nearby and places to eat in Newton Abbot. Please visit the website for more information.
