Elmscott Youth Hostel

Welcome to Elmscott Youth Hostel, located within the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast with views to Lundy Island, 3 miles from the village of Hartland. The surrounding area is popular for walking and cycling, with the famous SW Coast Path just a few minutes away. The hostel has a walled garden, on-site car parking and a cycle shed.

There are beds for 32 or 35 guests, in bunk beds, with bedding provided. The School House has a room for 2, 4 and 6 people, with a shared lounge. In winter, a 3-person room is also available. The School Room has two rooms for 4 people and two rooms for 6. Exclusive bookings can be arranged for groups subject to availability.

All rooms have wash basins and access to shared showers and toilets. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and dining room in both buildings for guests to make their own meals; plus a drying room, washing machine, payphone, outside toilet and a garden with barbeque and seating.
