Redyeates Farm & Country Cottages

Redyeates Farm and Country Cottages are 2 luxury holiday homes in a peaceful rural setting between Crediton and Tiverton. Once the home of the Devon Wine School, near the pretty village of Cheriton Fitzpaine, it is now the perfect location for romantic holidays, family reunions or group retreats, surrounded by the 3 acres of beautiful grounds with a tennis court.

The 2 cottages can be booked together for groups of 16, or separately as required. The Barn is a self-contained part of the 17th century farmhouse. Sleeping 4 - 10 people, it has a split-level lounge with optional snooker table or dining table, and large glass doors opening onto the large patio. There is a kitchen with an additional dining table; plus 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The Dairy, sensitively renovated from the old dairy, accommodates 2 to 6 guests, with a spacious open plan living area with sofa bed, high vaulted ceiling and a glass front opening to the patio. There are 2 large super king or twin bedded en suite rooms. Guests are welcome to enjoy the tennis court, adventure playground or walk around the gardens and orchard.
