Outney Meadow Caravan Park

Open from March to October, Outney Meadow Caravan Park is a touring and campsite nestled along the banks of the Waveney River in the market town of Bungay. Within walking distance to the town centre amenities and surrounded by common land, it is ideally placed for those who enjoy walking, fishing, canoeing and birdwatching.

The site covers 8 acres of parkland with over 70 pitches provided for tents, motorhomes and caravans. Electric hook-ups are available and there are toilets, showers and launderette facilities. Dogs are allowed on the site. Guests can go fishing or canoeing along the river, with on-site canoe hire available. There is Calor gas exchange.

Bungay has fine examples of Georgian architecture, as well as shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, plus a golf course, leisure centre and castle ruins. There are many scenic walks and nature reserves along the Waveney Valley and in The Broads, and the beaches and seaside towns along the east coast are only half an hour’s drive.
