Offering a selection of well-equipped safari tents, shepherd’s huts and self-catering cottages, on the doorstep are wonderful scenic walks and lots of opportunities for sightseeing and exploring The Broads by hired boat or canoe.

Chaffinch and Goldfinch are the 2 safari tents, sleeping 6 - 8 people. Guests will find a master double bedroom, double enclosed cabin bed in the living area and a twin room. They also have a kitchenette, comfortable lounge area with cosy wood burning stove, dining tables inside and out, and shower room facilities. The 3 shepherd’s huts are all equipped with a double bed, kitchenette and en suite shower room. Norfolk Horn sleeps 2 and has its own hot tub, whilst South Down and Texel have bunk beds for 2 additional children. Dogs are allowed. There are also 3 self-catering cottages, sleeping either 6 or 8 guests.
