T&J Motel & Campsite

T & J Motel and Campsite, near the village of Flimwell, is in a great location for stopovers, short breaks and holidays; located just off the A21 road in the High Weald National Landscape (formerly Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and close to Bewl Water, the largest stretch of open water in the south-east.

The campsite covers over 20 acres of beautiful countryside and can accommodate tents and campervans. There are over 50 pitches available, with 10 providing electric hook-up. Children under 2 stay free-of-charge and dogs are also welcome. The site has a toilet and shower block. There is also a children’s play area.

The Motel has single, double, twin and family rooms, all with en suite facilities, free Wifi, a fridge, microwave and provisions to make your own breakfast.
