This quirky former 18th Century coaching Inn offers a lively but charming stay. Enthusiastic owners Florence and Mark will ensure you receive a warm and friendly welcome from the moment you arrive.

The rooms offer the charms of having traditional furnishings mixed with contemporary designs. We offer single, double and twin rooms, most of which have ensuite, and our grand room with its stunning four poster bed. If you want to experience getting back to basics, then stay in our Showmans caravan which has a double bed, wood burner and electricity. Our Shepherds hut offers budget accommodation, but you need to bring a sleeping bag! There is a toilet shed available during the night once the pub is closed, so you wont be caught short! We will ensure that you receive a lovely breakfast in the morning to set you up for the day.

Located in the centre of the quaint market town of Devizes, close to the walking and cycle routes along the canal, we are excellent as a stop-over for travellers, or people looking to stay for a holiday. We have a function room available for weddings and parties.
