Coulscott House Holiday Cottages

Coulscott House Holiday Cottages are nestled on a 17-acre country estate in Exmoor, near Combe Martin. Set in a secluded valley, just 2.5 miles from the beach and SW Coast Path, this is a fantastic base for a break. Families are welcome and the properties are dog-friendly. Site facilities include games rooms and a swimming pool.

Each of these 7 Devon cottages offer a unique style and character. Coulscott House is the largest, accommodating up to 17 people; with 8 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a private games room, secret second lounge, and hot tub. Old Barn and Georgian House are also larger cottages, sleeping up to 11 guests; each also with a hot tub.

There are also the smaller cottages which are equally as luxurious, sleeping 2, 4 or 6 people. All have a fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TV and an outside dining area. Guests can enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool, games rooms, outdoor play area and sports courts, or wander the extensive grounds and kitchen garden.
