Eastacott Barton

Nestled in 27 acres of grounds with meadows, woodland and 3 lakes, Eastacott Barton offers 2 beautifully-converted former barns offering self-catering holiday accommodation in a private valley between Exmoor and Dartmoor, near Umberleigh. This is an ideal place to enjoy scenic walking, cycling, fishing and wildlife-watching.

Both barns sleep up to 6 people and overlook one of the lakes. They have exposed wooden beams adding to their character and are equipped with modern amenities, including Wifi, a Smart TV, a Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. They both have an outside garden area with seating and a barbeque.

Stable is the former threshing barn and has a feature large farmhouse table in the kitchen seating 12 people, and 3 en suite super king / twin bedded rooms. Harebell has a master super king / twin room, a twin and a double, all with en suite facilities. The barns can be booked separately or together for larger groups of up to 12 guests.

Within easy reach of the coast, and both Exmoor and Dartmoor, Eastacott Barton is the perfect base to explore North Devon. With surfing beaches, walks along coastal paths or across the moors, fishing in the lake or local salmon rivers, cycling the Tarka Trail, superb golf courses and great local pubs, there is something for everyone!
