Flear Farm Cottages

Flear Farm Cottages offer a converted farmhouse and 12 stone and slate cottages in Devon’s beautiful South Hams region, near East Allington, only 10 miles south of Totnes and close to the seaside towns of the south coast. With Visit England 4 and 5-Star Gold rated accommodation, guests also enjoy excellent facilities including a swimming pool, play barn and 27 acres of grounds.

Flear House has been sensitively-renovated from the original Georgian farmhouse to accommodate up to 10 guests. Featuring 5 bedrooms (including a master suite with double bed and Jacuzzi bath), a spacious kitchen with Aga stove, separate dining room with inglenook fireplace and a drawing room and snug, there is also an outside terrace garden with a private heated pool.

There are also cosy cottages for 2 or 3, those sleeping 4, 5 or 6 (perfect for families), or Duck’s Quarry which is made up of 2 adjoining cottages to sleep up to 9 people. A well-behaved dog may be allowed by arrangement. Guests can enjoy the indoor swimming pool, steam room, spa, hot tubs, tennis court, pitch ‘n’ putt, play barn, playground, fishing lake and extensive grounds.
