Luckett Farm

Luckett Farm offers Visit England 5-Star Gold rated holiday cottages converted from former farm buildings, and a luxury shepherd’s hut, all set within 20 peaceful acres in the North Devon village of Knowstone, near South Molton, close to the southern edge of Exmoor National Park. The properties are couple, family and dog-friendly.

Both cottages have exposed stonework and wooden beams, with an open plan living area and private courtyard with hot tub. Keeper’s Lodge is an extension to the Grade II listed 16th century longhouse. Sleeping 4, there is a master bedroom with hand carved 4-poster bed and en suite, plus a double en suite bedroom. Tumbledown Barn is a renovated cow shed sleeping 6 people in 3 double bedrooms, each with en suite facilities.

In addition, Hawkings Hideaway is a cosy shepherd’s hut for 2 with a private hot tub, set in its own 5-acre field with beautiful views. There is a cosy double bed, kitchenette, wood burning stove and large covered decking area, plus shower and toilet huts just next door.
