The Game Keeper’s Cottage is a Visit England 5-Star Gold Award rated holiday home with a wood fired hot tub. Perfect for couples and solo travellers alike, the accommodation is found in a peaceful rural setting near Buckland Farleigh, midway between Great Torrington and Hatherleigh. In an excellent location, the popular Tarka Trail is only a 10-minute cycle, Dartmoor is 30 minutes away and the coast 35 to 45 minutes.

The cottage is on ground floor level. The open plan living area has a large sofa, cosy log burning stove, TV, portable Bluetooth speaker, well-equipped kitchen and French doors to the patio which features rattan furniture. The bedroom has a king size bed and views of the vegetable garden and valley from dual-aspect windows. The bathroom has a freestanding double-ended roll top bathtub and separate shower.

The cottage has amenities including Wifi and underfloor heating. Outside, the spacious garden has 2 patios, one with a wood fired hot tub and the other with a pizza oven and barbeque, perfect for al fresco dining. Fire pits are provided.
