The Old Rectory Cottages

The Old Rectory Cottages are a collection of 6 luxurious family-friendly holiday properties with a prestigious Visit England 4-Star Gold Award rating, located within the grounds of a Grade II listed rectory dating back to the medieval era, in the award-winning North Devon village of King’s Nympton and ideally located to explore Exmoor, Dartmoor and the north and south coastlines.

Tythe Barn is a thoughtfully-refurbished 16th century former barn sleeping 7 people, with dogs also welcome to stay. There are 3 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor. Nymet Mews and Little Nymet can be interconnected and booked separately or together, to sleep 2 to 9 people. Woodlands, Chestnuts and Hawthorns all sleep 4 guests. A welcome pack is provided.

Each cottage retains original charm, whilst providing modern amenities including a wood burning stove, free Wifi, TV, kitchen and bathroom. Outside, is a private garden and parking. There are 4-acres of landscaped gardens, a play area and seasonal swimming pool with sun terrace overlooking the countryside. Guests will also find duck ponds and plenty of local wildlife.
