Town Farm

Town Farm have 2 charming cottages, ‘Greystones’ and ‘The Grange’ located on the outskirts of the Devon village of Sutcombe, near Holsworthy. Each with a Visit England 4-Star Gold Award, these holiday homes are family and dog-friendly. Sensitively refurbished, the stone cottages are adjacent and set around a cobbled courtyard.

Both properties have beautiful beamed ceilings and a wood burning stove in the original sitting room inglenook fireplace, with a Smart TV and DAB radio; plus a fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining room, main shower room and extra toilet downstairs. Outside, there is an enclosed garden for each property and ample car parking.

The 2 cottages can be booked separately or together. Greystones sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms and The Grange sleeps 6 in a double bedroom, a flexible king / twin room, plus there is an interconnecting door which leads to The Granary; a self-contained suite featuring a third bedroom, bathroom and living area / kitchenette.

The cottages are open all-year and short breaks are available outside of school holidays. Dog-friendly, there are throws for sofas and beds and an outdoor warm dog shower. A welcome pack includes a water bowl, feeding mat, dog towels and handmade dog treats. Our 0.5 acre orchard is enclosed and there is also a woodland walk.
