The Great Barn

The Great Barn is a stunning 16th century barn conversion offering luxury holiday accommodation for 10 people, set amongst beautiful countryside, near Toot Hill, 5 miles from Epping. This sensitively renovated property retains wooden beams, exposed roof trusses and vaulted ceilings, whilst providing Visit England 5-Star Gold Award facilities.

The focal point of The Great Barn is the vast living area with its double height ceiling. This space features a dining table seating 10, a games area with table tennis and pool, plus a comfortable seating area in the centre with sofas, an entertainment centre and TV. The kitchen is well-equipped, including an Aga stove, dishwasher and kitchen table.

The bedrooms are in the adjoining attached barn. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. These bedrooms share a ‘Jack and Jill’ shower room. The 3 bedrooms upstairs include one with an en suite bathroom. There is also a main bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Outside, is a lovely garden with patio.
