Hoste Barn

Welcome to Hoste Barn, a 17th century tithe barn nestled in the grounds of a Grade II listed farmhouse offering self-catering accommodation for 4 guests, near Swanton Abbott, 12 miles north of Norwich. Visit England 4-Star Gold rated and with a coveted ROSE Award, the barn retains its stunning exposed beams and vaulted ceilings.

Guests will find a beautiful double-height sitting room with large screen TV with cinema sound, a modern gas fire and dining table. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, snug area and a downstairs en suite bedroom which can be arranged with a king or twin beds. The master bedroom is in the mezzanine and has an en suite bathroom.

There is Wifi and underfloor heating throughout. Outside, guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace, wander the pretty gardens, use the tennis courts or have a game of boules. Dogs are welcome and there is an enclosed paddock where both children and dogs can let off steam! Parking and secure bike storage is provided.
