Sparham Hall Farm Cottages consist of 3 beautifully-converted former barns, near Lyng, only 12 miles north-west of Norwich. With a coveted Visit England 5-Star Gold Award, Green Tourism Silver Award and also ROSE awarded, these wonderful properties are autism / SEND friendly and allow dogs. Ideal for families or groups, there is a communal covered dining area, games area and fountain in the central courtyard.

All of the cottages feature Wifi access, underfloor heating, a bespoke kitchen and private garden area. The Apple Room is a cosy retreat for 2 guests with a super king bedroom and en suite shower room. The Buttery sleeps 4 people and is fully-accessible for wheelchair users. This property has a super king bedroom with a roll-in en suite wet room, as well as a flexible super king / twin bedroom with en suite shower.

The Forge is the largest, sleeping 6 in a master en suite super king size bedroom, a king room and twin room. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower. The large kitchen dining table of this property can seat everyone if all 3 cottages are booked. Local attractions include The Bug Parc, Norfolk Lakes Activity Centre, Sparham Pools and more.
