Mill Cottage

Mill Cottage is a traditional stone-built holiday home set alongside a meandering burn in the village of Eglingham, 7 miles north-west of Alnwick. Visit England Gold Award rated, this cosy cottage is surrounded by beautiful gardens and close to Northumberland National Park; ideal for a romantic retreat or a walking and cycling holiday.

Sleeping 2 people; guests will find a spacious downstairs sitting room with a wood burning stove in the stone inglenook fireplace, Sky TV and 2 comfy sofas. The kitchen / diner is fully-equipped including a modern range-style cooker, dining table seating up to 6 people and French doors opening onto the sunken terrace for al fresco dining.

Upstairs, is a double bedroom with en suite bath and shower facilities. Wifi and central heating are provided throughout the cottage. Outside, the extensive gardens include a picnic area and sun deck overlooking the burn. Private parking is available. There is an adjacent inn and tennis courts and the ruins of Hulne Priory are close by.
