Hidden away in a secluded setting along the River Isla, in Kilry, 9 miles from Blairgowrie, the property is surrounded by extensive gardens and close to the Cairngorms, ideal for holidays in this scenic area.

The lounge has comfortable seating, a log burning stove and TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped for self-catering including a dishwasher, washer / dryer and dining table. There is Wifi throughout. Outside, is a large lawned garden with giant chess board, patio area with seating, a barbeque and ample off-road car parking.
