Set within the 5-acre grounds of a 500-year-old farmhouse and surrounded by the Suffolk countryside, it is only 4 miles from Halesworth and 12 miles from the Heritage Coast. This sensitively-converted former barn with characterful exposed wooden beams accommodates up to 6 people and is also dog-friendly. The living room offers a wood burning stove, comfy sofas, large TV with Sky Q, Smart Speaker and patio doors leading to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped, with modern appliances and a dining table.

There is a king size bedroom, 2 twin / super king size rooms and modern bathroom facilities. In addition, the small games room has table tennis and darts. Outside, the garden has a hot tub and play equipment. Parking and EV charging are available. Guests may roam over the 5 acres and there are lots of footpaths within walking distance.
