Kipling House Barn is Visit England 4-Star Gold Award rated, boasting uninterrupted views across open fields towards the River Humber from both the grounds and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge and living room. The main living room has comfy sofas, TV, Wifi, a farmhouse kitchen, breakfast table and dining table seating up to 16 people. There are double doors leading to the garden.

There is also a lounge on the first floor with exposed roof trusses, as well as a communal bathroom and a handy utility room. The property offers 8 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities.
