West End Farm

West End Farm is a large boutique-style house with an adjacent lodge, offering AA and Visit England 5-Star Gold rated holiday accommodation, in the small hamlet of Ruston Parva, near Driffield. Situated on its own country estate, the accommodation is ideal for groups, families, parties, walkers and cyclists. Pets are also welcome to stay.

The main house can sleep up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms; including 3 with en suite facilities and super king beds, a super king room and 2 twin rooms. The living room, bar and dining room provide excellent spaces for socialising / entertaining and the kitchen is fully-equipped. There is an outside courtyard with hot tub and BBQ.

The Lodge can be booked alongside or separately from the main house and is wheelchair-friendly. Sleeping 4, there is a bedroom with 8-foot bed, a twin room, open plan living room and outside barbeque area. Both properties are equipped with Smart TV, Wifi, a stylish main bathroom and have use of the outside gym and games area.
