Portnellan Estate - Kesterel

The Kestrel is a beautifully equipped, bespoke designed, 3 bedroom lodge offering warm and cosy accommodation for up to 6 people. The lodge is overlooking the estate of Portnellan with Ben More and the surrounding mountains towering above and also features a large outside decking with garden furniture leading to a grassy garden area where you can sit in peace and tranquility savouring the truly magical Highland view whilst watching the birds and red squirrels play tirelessly on the estate feeders and trees.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs and comfy sofas. The lodge comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 x king size bed and 2 x full size twin beds. The tiled bathroom is efficiently fitted with bath and power shower over, heated towel rail and heated floor. Special features include a flat screen SMART TV with SKY channels and a Blu-ray DVD player. There is free Starlink WiFi, Scottish Soap Co toiletries and towels are all included. The kitchen offers a built in 70/30 fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob and a microwave. The lodge is equipped with a separate built in washing machine and tumble dryer, built in dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. Full crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided as well as full Egyptian Cotton bed linen. Hypoallergenic duvets are available upon request.

Free use of rowing boats, kayaks as well as paddle board hire is available. A wee on site visitor shop offers local produce for sale, maps and information on the local area. There is a BBQ hutte available to hire which is fantastic for a real flame BBQ experience with friends and/or family. There is a games room on site with table tennis, pool table, table football and a wee gym.
