The Prince Leopold is a country inn overlooking the River Wylye in the peaceful Wiltshire village of Upton Lovell. The pub is named after Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany, the youngest son of Queen Victoria who lived nearby. We serve great food from a regularly changing menu ranging from snacks, sharing dishes and pub classics through to gastrofare, fresh fish and seasonal local vegetables. We also have a superb range of beers, wines and spirits and a warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent guest service. We are highly experienced in catering for function and events.

We hope you choose to stay in our superb rooms which all have en-suite facilities, are immaculately presented and well-resourced. Wifi is free and we are also proud to be dog-friendly in the bar and bedrooms. Breakfast includes a range of buffet choices and a second-to-none Full English to set you up for the day!

The Prince Leopold is an excellent base for exploring this area of England; 5 miles from Warminster, 15 from Salisbury and just 10 minutes off the A303. We are also just 5 miles from Longleat Safari Park and Center Parcs at Longleat Forest.
