Each room offers high quality furnishings and elegant fabrics. All are en-suite with TV, radio alarm clock, free wifi, hospitality tray with fresh fruit and flowers. We also have the studio which is a self contained retreat away from the main house with canopied super king size bed, living room and outside area for that extra special romantic getaway. All guests are welcome to use our sitting rooms with Nespresso coffee machine, library and small pantry. Our rates include a scrumptious breakfast in the morning, and you can enjoy afternoon tea and cake in our lovely tea room.

We are conveniently located on the edge of the historic city of Wells, with beautiful countryside nearby for walking. We can also offer you the full hospitality package to host your wedding or special occasion in our beautiful grounds.
