A charming guest house along the waterfront boasting fabulous views across the Urr Estuary. Owners Don and Vanessa will ensure your stay is comfortable and welcoming.

There are three rooms available, all decorated to a high standard offering a fresh, clean feel. All are en-suite with freeview TV, wifi hospitality tray and excellent coastal views. Our chalet annexe can sleep up to 3 people with its own private entrance so you can come and go as you please, ideal for families. A delicious breakfast will be served in our conservatory whilst you look out to some amazing views. We only use the freshest local ingredients using traditional Scottish cooking methods.

Kippford provides plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling or even sailing. There are two pubs nearby offering good food and drink, and the town of Dalbeattie is only 3 miles away with its shops and restaurants.
