Halcyon Hotel

Halcyon Hotel is a charming Georgian house situated on Royal Terrace in Edinburgh, in a superb location to explore the city. It is a short walk from the Playhouse Theatre, the Omni Centre and only a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre itself. It is situated just walking distance from the tram station which connects to the airport, as well as the main train station, Waverley. Calton Hill is around the corner and up the hill with beautiful views of the city. Nelsons Monument and the National Monument and are all located there. Pubs, takeaway, and restaurants are close by.

There are 14 bedrooms, 12 of which have en-suite; single, double, triple and family rooms, all with tea and coffee-making facilities. We have cots available. Guest benefit from our spacious lounge with television. The Halcyon breakfast includes a continental breakfast. We can cater for special dietary requirements. There are beautiful gardens and ample on-street parking (free at weekends). Guest can drop their luggage off early at Halcyon. We also have Wifi throughout and a meeting room for business guests.
