Lauderville Guest House

Lauderville is a Victorian townhouse located in Edinburgh, offering superb Scottish Tourist Board 4-Star accommodation. It is only a 30-minute walk from the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle or there is a direct bus leaving from just outside. The guest house is also close to plenty of great pubs and restaurants. This is a non-smoking guest house with secure car parking and complimentary Wifi throughout.

All our guest rooms have en-suite facilities (some ground floor) with Egyptian cotton linen and towels, and complimentary high-quality toiletries. All our rooms have central heating, digital TV, DVD player, radio alarm, iPod dock, hairdryers and a hospitality tray. At breakfast, we offer an excellent cold buffet selection, and a hot selection including Scottish porridge, house cooked breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, omelettes, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, French toast, eggs cooked-to-order and muffins. We have been awarded the Taste Our Best accreditation meaning that we source the finest Scottish produce available. We use Fairtrade teas and coffees.

Should you want to explore outside the city, we can arrange coach tours. Rosslyn Chapel, Stirling and the Trossachs, St. Andrews, Loch Ness and the Highlands, Glamis Castle and whisky distilleries are the most popular.
