A lovely Victorian Town house offering bed and breakfast in the pretty Newington area of Edinburgh, with stunning views of Arthurs Seat. With its friendly, laid back atmosphere, you will feel right at home.

Rooms have been stylishly modernized to offer comfortable furnishings and spacious living areas. Each have ensuite facilities with TV, hospitality tray and central heating. There is a single room, double room and family rooms which can sleep up to 4. Cots can be provided on request. A delicious breakfast will be served in our light and airy dining room, which serves as a guest lounge later in the day.

There is free off road parking available, and there are excellent bus links to the city centre which is only a 5 minute journey. We are convenient for the golf course and the fabulous Holyrood Park offering amazing views over Edinburgh.
