Southdowne

The Southdowne at South Marine Drive on South Beach in Bridlington, offers friendly and helpful staff and home-from-home accommodation. The guest house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. It is in an excellent location, immediately opposite the beach and is only a short walk from the town. The guest house has secure storage for bicycles and motorbikes.

Our 4 guest rooms are immaculate, including some with sea views, are newly carpeted, with new bathrooms, kettle, television, hairdryer, towels and bathrobes. A freshly prepared breakfast is served each morning in our light and spacious dining room. The menu includes fresh fruit, cereal, muesli, yoghurts, pastries, juices, smoothies, pancakes and a Full English is available, with an unlimited supply of tea, coffee and toast.

Bridlington has superb beaches, history, sporting fun, independent shops, great entertainment and amazing nature to explore. Visit the harbour and Old Town, see our museums or take a boat trip around the bay, or even try bird watching at RSPB Bempton Cliffs. Bridlington Spa hosts the best dance, comedy and music performers and is excellent for a night out.
