Dunedin Country House

Dunedin is a fine country house situated in Patrington, 4 miles south-west of Withernsea. Built around 1841, Dunedin is styled in late Georgian with early Victorian influence. Owners Helen and Simon St Quinton and family have lovingly restored and renovated the building to its original beauty.

We offer a lounge, dining room / restaurant and study, 11 luxury bedrooms and function room and spa facilities. Our guest rooms are individually-named and immaculately presented with en-suite bathroom facilities, a Fairtrade refreshment tray, fridge, ice, television, DVD player, free Wifi, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, luggage rack, bathrobes and slippers. We have spacious king-sized rooms which can accommodate children on put-up beds. There are also ironing facilities.

In the morning, you will enjoy a selection of buffet items plus a range of cooked breakfasts including a Full Yorkshire, Eggs Benedict, freshly baked English muffin with Yorkshire Bacon, a free-range egg and topped with Hollandaise sauce, kippers with scrambled egg, homemade pancakes and creamy porridge.
