The Lowther Hotel is a Grade II-listed hotel and restaurant. It is also a superb venue for weddings, conferences and functions. Officially the oldest hotel in England, and Visit England 3-Star accredited, we are located on Aire Street in Goole, East Yorkshire. Our facilities include a bar and bistro restaurant, cocktail bar, 24-hour front desk service, an historic mural room, meeting and conference rooms, cash machine and 12 boutique-style bedrooms.

There are single to super king-size rooms. Each room is individually designed with either a bath and shower room. We provide sumptuous mattresses, high quality linen, feather pillow and duvet, blackout curtains, Flatscreen TV, free Wifi, docking station, hospitality tray for making hot beverages and a hairdryer and sewing kit. Hypoallergenic duvet and pillows, ironing / ironing board, room service, newspaper / magazines and an early morning wake call are all available as required. Breakfast is served every morning from 7am till 10:30am (Sunday from 8am) where you choose from the many items available on the menu.
