The Old North Inn

The Old North Inn is located in the small village of Inchmore just 7 miles from Inverness. Whether you would like to visit for a quiet drink in a friendly atmosphere, a nice meal, a comfortable overnight stay, or all 3 together, you can be assured of the finest Highland hospitality here!

There is plenty of parking and the staff are always most welcoming. We are a great place to stay on your travels in the Scottish Highlands. The bar has a full range of Highland beers and whiskies and has a full-size pool table. Our Scottish menu uses the best of local produce, including highland meats and fish, the best haggis and sausages from the famous Cockburns of Dingwall, Mackies ice creams and locally-grown vegetables. Try our home-made chicken liver terrine, soups or our cloutie dumpling and whisky marmalade pudding.

The Old North Inn has 10 en-suite bedrooms with tea and coffee making facilities, telephone and TV. We have two family rooms, which can sleep up to 4 guests, 3 doubles, 3 twins and 2 singles. You will enjoy a Full Scottish breakfast in the morning, which is always freshly cooked-to-order.
