Kinross House

Kinross House in Grantown-on-Spey offers a warm welcome and excellent hospitality in the Scottish Highlands. The town is situated only 14 miles from Aviemore on the northern edge of the Cairngorms National Park. Kinross House is found on a quiet residential road; a Victorian house dating from 1888, retaining many original features. This is a perfect place for a romantic getaway, short break or longer holiday in the region.

There are 8 guest rooms, all with en-suite facilities. Bedrooms come resourced with a television, telephone, radio and hairdryer. You will enjoy a superb breakfast including fresh fruit, cereals, porridge, breads and croissants, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, kippers or a full Scottish cooked breakfast. Packed lunches are available.

We have a comfortable guest lounge and lots of guest information, including a list of day trips, maps and detail on the local area. We have ample off-road parking at Kinross House, and we can offer free use of mountain bikes plus secure cycle, fishing, ski and golf club storage. We also offer a drying, laundry and ironing service.
