Broomfield House

Broomfield House offers 3-Star Scottish Tourist Board Gold Award accredited bed and breakfast accommodation in the village of Earlston in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Owners Stuart, Sylvia and Tracey McIver look forward to meeting you. Built in 1845, Broomfield House is a traditional stone built Scottish Borders home. There is off-street parking at the rear of the property, as well as secure storage in the garage for bicycles and motorbikes. We welcome well-behaved dogs.

Room 1 is a twin en-suite, Room 2 is a family room with private bathroom, Room 3 is single with private bathroom, Room 4 is a family en-suite and Room 5 is a ground floor double with en-suite and category 3 disabled access. All our rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview televisions, hairdryers, alarm, information folders and toiletries.

Breakfast includes cereals, fruit, yoghurts and porridge if you prefer. Choose from a Scottish breakfast or a lighter option, such as scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. We have vegetarian and gluten-free foods by arrangement. Packed lunches can also be supplied. Use the dining room or the outside deck for relaxation. Free Wifi is available in all public areas.
