Smailholm Cottage

Craggs Cottage is located on our award-winning farm, Smailholm Mains, on the estate of Mellerstain House, near Kelso, in the Scottish Borders.

Craggs Cottage has a 4-Star accreditation from the Scottish Tourist Board and sleeps 5 guests. It has a traditional country kitchen with Raeburn cooker, oven, electric hob, microwave, washer dryer, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and CD player. The sitting room boasts satellite television, DVD, books and games as well as an open fire with a supply of logs. Within the utility room there is an iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. Two of the bedrooms, a double room and twin room, are upstairs and a further single bedroom is available downstairs. There is a bathroom with bath and shower. We can provide a cot and high chair. Outside, there is an enclosed garden, with garden furniture and a safe area for the children to play. A barbecue is available.
