The Scottish borders town of Galashiels is only an hour by car of Edinburgh and Berwick on Tweed, with Craigielea Bed and Breakfast situated in the centre of town on Lawyers Brae. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, pubs and shops, we offer an ideal base for your visit to the town.

Family-owned Craigielea is a late Victorian townhouse with 2 twin rooms and 1 double room. All 3 rooms have en-suite facilities, Freeview TV, radio alarm clock, beverage tray with bottled water, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. A baby cot is available on request and we also have ironing facilities. In addition, there is a guest lounge with TV and selection of reading material, secure cycle storage, and drying facilities for wet gear. Breakfast is served in the dining room with views up to Blaikies Hill. There is a great selection of buffet choices, porridge and a full cooked breakfast. We cater for vegetarians, those who would prefer a lighter breakfast, and any special dietary requirements.
