Number Four Cottage

Number 4 Cottage is located 2 miles east of Jedburgh; a 19th Century sandstone farm cottage, providing 4-Star self-catering accommodation for up to 6 plus a small child. Exposed beams and barn doors are mixed with beautifully decorated rooms. There is free Wifi, a 42-inch plasma screen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD surround-sound home cinema system.

The accommodation comprises a large living room with wood burning stove, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor, cosy attic twin bedroom, modern dining kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, fan oven, microwave and filter coffee maker), boot/utility room with washing machine, family bathroom (shower and bath), WC, private garden and parking. We also have a BBQ for guest use, a large locking outhouse for up to 6 bicycles or 3 motorbikes, and a selection of toys and games. A travel cot and high chair are also available.

Only a few hundred yards from St Cuthberts Way and the Borders Abbeys Way, this is a perfect base for outdoors enthusiasts. The cottage is 5 minutes walk from the River Teviot and only 10 minutes drive from the Roxburghe Estate.
