Mattia and Eugenia Merola welcome you to their family-run Italian restaurant established in 1988 in Oxford Road, East Hanney, near Wantage. East Hanney is a village about 3 miles (5 km) north of Wantage, and 13 miles south-west of Oxford. La Fontana is a restaurant with rooms, offering excellent authentic Italian food and comfortable luxurious guest accommodation. We can also cater for special occasions. Overnight parking is available in our large car park.

The hotel reception / lounge is well-designed and decorated and you will always receive a happy welcome. Bedrooms at La Fontana are clean and comfortable, and include an en-suite with TV, hairdryers, tea, coffee, chocolate trays, direct dial phones, remote access facilities for PCs and full central heating. All rooms have access to free Wifi connectivity. We serve a Full English breakfast and a range of healthy alternatives; including fruit, yoghurt and muesli.
