Woodlands Farm

Woodlands Farm, located in the secluded hamlet of Thimbleby, is perfectly situated, on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Osmotherley, a popular village with walkers, is just over a mile away. Woodlands has a Grade II Listed Farmhouse dating back to the 18th century, which has been extended and modernised.

Paul and Amy Callin opened for business in 2014 with The Middleton, a self-contained annexe to the main farmhouse, offering AA 5-Star self-catering accommodation. Since 2017, we offer guests luxurious bed and breakfast rooms. The Bedale and The Hurworth are spacious en-suite double bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and oak trusses. The Ainsty is a larger suite offering a kitchenette plus en-suite wet room.

The rooms contain tea / coffee making facilities, free Wifi, TV/DVD and a Roberts Radio sound system with alarm, hairdryer and high-quality toiletries. In the morning, we provide a hearty Yorkshire breakfast, or you can choose something different from a selection of menu options including pancakes, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or vine tomato and crushed avocado on toasted seeded bread. We are happy to cater for differing dietary requirements wherever possible. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
