Rectory Farm Bed and Breakfast and Holiday Cottages

Rectory Farm is a charming and rustic 16th Century farmhouse in a peaceful location in Northmoor, a village in West Oxfordshire, about 6 miles south-east of Witney. You will be warmly welcomed with some home-made cake and a pot of tea in front of the log burner in the guest sitting room. We have 2 en-suite guest rooms; a double and a twin. There is free Wifi throughout the house. In the morning, you can enjoy a freshly-cooked Aga breakfast using local produce, including eggs from our own hens. Unfortunately, children cannot be accommodated at the farmhouse, but are most welcome to stay in our 2 holiday cottages.

Within Rectory Farm are our 2 self-catering cottages, each sleeping up to 4 people. There is a living room and dining area with log burner, fully-fitted kitchen, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, with a family bathroom and separate shower room. Duvets, linen and towels are provided and there is a TV, DVD player and CD. The cottages boast south-facing gardens with garden furniture and BBQ, overlooking the countryside. They have ample car parking.
